A Master piece of Photography
The idea is definitely nice and an excellent piece of composition I must 
say . There are however several things that could have been changed a bit (or rather shall I say could have been shot better) to make the photograph look more professional. First let me say that the eyes of a child are visible through the mask and that is an excellent piece of detailing. The color of the dress, the color of the fowl and the color of the pants have added extra flavor to it and setting them against that dark background of the road has added more depth to the picture.
It is understandable that it was not really a planned shot, but would have preferred the photographer to shift a bit more to the left and then take the picture so that the child standing behind could have had his face feature in the photograph.
